Oh right, that's a pain but I doubt they'd check if he was staying more then three nights, you know? And if they do, you don't have to be honest which makes it sound bad but it saves you losing benefits.

Yeah, I don't know how it would work though, because I think if Gareth stays over more than like 3 nights a week or something, then he's classed as living there too. Therefore what he earns will be recorded or something, and I'd lose the benefits. :/ I'll just have to see how things go.
