Yep, that's what I've heard. I've also heard that the friends you make in college are friends you have for life, so that's something to look forward to!
Oh, wow...40 minutes on the bus doesn't sound very fun. I'm planning on going to a college not too far away, so I'll just be able to drive my car there. I've never taken a public bus, are there weirdos on there like they show on TV?

College is pretty rough. But if you've got friends with you it becomes much better!
College is in the city, but it's like, home is on one end of the city and college on the other, so it takes about 40 minutes to get there approximately... That's the awful part. It's pretty exhausting 'cause I take the public buses, otherwise it works out too expensive. If I did go away though and I lived in a dorm, I'm guessing it would have been much better that way!
