Like, really. See it takes like 20 mins for the stomach to realize that there's food in it. Or there abouts. So if you eat slowly and don''t like eat without any distractions and concentrate on your food, you'll get signals from your tummy telling you whether it's had enough or needs any more! You just have to make yourself a little more senstitive to the signals it sends you!
It sounds like really stupid. but it works. Tuning into your body helps me realize when I need to control what I'm doing in a sense.
