You just have to try your hardest to think about what you want to say. Try a little harder to trust yourself and if you know that information don't second guess yourself. It is definitely a good step forward. You don't need to thank me. I really like talking to you. I'm not really okay but it's fine.

    hey
    i'm doing o.k.
i mean like i'll know a piece of information and still ask someone about it
    it's like i don't trust myself
i think i've been doing and saying things i don't mean for such a long time. it's like i'm still in there, but the outer me isn't even allowing me to think for myself
it's strange.. any advice? i think i'm starting to get it now tho, i feel like this is a good step forward/piece of the puzzle
otherwise, i'm o.k. i'm healthy, fed well, so there's not much to ask for there
    and thanks for replying
    hope you're o.k.

of course I remember you. What exactly do you mean lying to yourself? um I've been better, but I guess okay. How are you doing? I'm glad it's helping you. Thank you for telling me though

    hey there
i talked to you a couple of days ago, you may not remember
we were talking about this feeling of things in the world being less vivid than they used to, about being behind this glass wall, not being able to experience or touch things directly
    i think i've found something that'll help
maybe it'll take us all the way out, maybe it won't
it's the importance of not lying to yourself
i realized this a couple months ago, but i think i'm really starting to understand it, and it's helping alot
hope it can help you too

    xoxo,
    vien
