You should find an e-mail in your inbox, if not check the junk or spam forum as sometimes they are directed there. You may consider after that going to the arrival forum and making a thread, also you may find it helpful to read the stickies at the top of that forum. We have several ways of getting help. Live help, which is a one-on onr advice system to talk to staff members. There is also HelpLink, which is an e-mail which staff reply to requests and you get an e-mail afterwards. We also have the public forums on which every registered members may make threads or reply to them. We have a chat room as well which maybe used forsocial OR advice purposes.
