Hi! It is getting cold. We do not lose our position unless we neglect our duties. In essence, if I don’t go into chat room I’m expected to moderate the forums more, or if I’m not in the forums much then I should be in the chat room more. As I’m new to lead mod, I’m trying to gain my footing and find a happy balance between the forums and chat room. So, if I do not be active at all without giving notice, then yes, I could lose my moderator position.

Hey how are you? Is it getting cold there? Does lead monitor have to be on chat a lot? Do you loose your position if your not? I know depression can get bad during the winter with it being less sunny. Try to keep your self busy that will help and also vitamins like vitamin D and fish
oil is good too.
