From what I know about what POs will be doing, I think they're probably equal but just take care of different parts of the site.
Either that or, since it's an LBGT friendly site, he could rearrange it slightly to make a rainbow.

That would be awesome!!! xD To be honest, though, I see PAs as either equal to POs, or a bit higher in hierarchy. Maybe it's because the PO role is still fairly new, and PAs have always been the "second-in-command" in my mind... but having red-light, orange/yellow-light, green-light in the staff list would be sooo cool!

It's certainly very bright. But if Rob rearranges the Staff List to have PCs, POs, and then PAs, we'll be like a set of traffic lights!
