Hey there! This is going to sound really weird and random, but I just read your thread in the Rape and Abuse forum (on equine-assisted therapy). I'm sooo curious as to how things have been going since then (assuming you went back). It sounds like your experience was incredibly powerful... I had no idea that the body language of animals could teach you so much about yourself and your own feelings/anxiety (at least, not after just one session)!
