Hey I did it I cam last by 30m And I did shot put and came last by a tad and discus I cam 3rd Twas good, me glad I did it and my club are proud cuz they know I'm not into track running! Apart from the fact I feel dead fat now cuz they're all got flat stomachs... I feel ok Defo guna try lose weight though... I might see if I can ask someone on here who knows abt this stuff to give me an idea of a healthy diet
