Hey Nicole, welcome to TeenHelp! 
I'm Adam, a member of Staff here on the site, and I thought I'd give you a few pointers around the site, as well as letting you know how warmly you'll be received into what is a wonderful, diverse community of young people from across the globe now that you've joined the site.
We have a number of different features on the site, and having read your "About Me" section I see that you're interested in both giving and receiving help on the site. Areas such as our Support Forums are great for helping people, as is our Chat Room. Chat is also a really good place to kick back, relax and meet some new people on the site. If you'd like to introduce yourself to the community, we also have a dedicated forum for it - it's a good idea to make yourself known to everyone, so you can check that out here.
We also have a variety of other ways in which you can receive support and advice confidentially and at no cost.
If you're interested, the Articles, Videos and Resources sections of the site are also things I'd recommend having a look at.
Whilst you're on the site, there's a dedicated and very friendly team of Buddies to help you around. You can contact them, or me, through Visitor Messages (that's how I'm writing to you now) or Private Messages (which you can find under the "Contact Info" section on users' profile pages) - as a Staff team, we're here for you, whatever your needs.
