ok. Maybe she could use lightning. It would places where she could send it out from, probably her hands and eyes. And she can very the intensity it comes out at. But when she gets really mad, it can come out of her hair, and it will start coming out almost uncontrollably (for some reason i've always liked the idea of powers becoming triggered by anger ).

Yeah like what if a band of ninja's killed her parents so she has to take care of her little brother? i like the idea of herself beating herself up about liking the ninja guy. And sasuke is the popular kind of emo ninja dude with a cold personality and bad past, all the girls like him but he acts like he doesn't care and can be actually mean. Would that work for the guy?
