i never really said owt wen my step dad n his gf came, i used to lie alot but it not good cuz if ya lie they cant help so its best to say little but tell the truth than lie. now i live with my dad n he never comes cuz hes always at work so its ok lol. im sure ur parents will be ok with you and the person from camhs will help them to help you and deal with their emotions too, my step dad used to see someone too to help him deal with it all xx
