    I think my therapist thinks im bipolor ahahhahaha becasue when i saw her last which was 3 days ago I was crying tearing up her kleenex box crying throwing things then close to the end of the session i got hyper and started laughing and she was like what are we laughing at and I wa slike I dont know. Then she wa sliek you sure changed moods from when you first came it. Or I have BPD borderline personality disorder which has mood swings too. so what ever yeah i was not tired and I finally crashed today at like 8 in the morning and slept til 5 at night and now awake and hyper again I think im cycling pretty bad hahahhh. Feels good im dancing and bobbing head im soo hyper hahaha.

    I know for me it's my bipolar. I could sleep for only 2 or 3 hours a day when even the tiniest bit manic and not feel tired at all. Unfortunately not sleeping can only make the mood get worse, which is why it's still important to go to bed even if you don't feel like you need to.

    Well that's not good. I get like that sometimes, the important thing is to still go to bed and try to sleep even if you're not tired.
