Well, I WAS going to go out to get some new clothes, but my sister decided to tell me, at the last minute, that she needed the car to get to work.

I wouldn't exactly say "stupid". For some, it's difficult to ask for help. It was something that you had to learn. We all have to.

Part of me was still afraid to admit that I couldn't do it alone, so I tried to avoid asking for help. Stupid, I know.
