Okay, you don't need to, but it's the easiest way to tell people you're here so they can all give you a proper welcome. So, some quick features that you need to know about. HelpLINK and LiveHelp. HelpLINK is a ticket-based support system, so you can submit a ticket and some of our lovely Mentors can help you out. LiveHelp is a more immediate way of getting advice because you're IMing an Operator. And, then there are always the forums!
