No talking about HL. I finally escaped it. I never want to hear the world HelpLINK again. I had to answer like every request, I'd answered 30 this week and it was still redirecting me.

You and me always seem to answer the same HL tickets Though to be fair, the last one I just finished, I hit submit and all of a sudden yours popped up above mine. lol anyway.
