I think that you assume that a lot of people are being insincere when in fact they are not. Trust me, I always assume that everyone hates me 24/7, so I have no room to judge, and I'm not, but you need to trust that people do care. Because they really do.
And screw 'duties.' I'll talk to who I want, when I want. I don't care about who tells me to be a nice dutyful staffie.

So you're saying I don't care or respect you, nor do any other people who have had conversations with you over TH or MSN or whatever else? No one cares about you? At all? Just because your not on staff? No offense, but I think that's a bit insane.
Besides, for the record, I don't say things I don't mean. And when I say that I care, I don't lie. Lying is stupid and bitchy, and I refuse to be that idiotic. So think about that, before you accuse me of lying.

And I never will be on staff because the admins and supermods hate me personally. How is being removed from staff not once but twice not personal?
People don't care, people say they care - there is a big difference. Being on staff means people respect you

Soooo whatt, though! Who cares about staff? It's not like there's a rule like "you can't be considered a real member if you're not on staff." I understand that you're upset because you're not on staff at the moment, but why leave the site because of it? A lot of people, includinggg meee, would really be sad if you left. You don't need a stupid freaking green or whatever else user name to have friends and people who care about you here.

What's the point in staying? The only reason I'm still here is because my high post count and VM count give me some kind of standing but I'm sick - new people who have come and went straight onto staff in 30 days and then 10 days later they're fucking forum mods despite never posting there.
