Yeah I saw the movie, but apparently the show is much better, because it's more emotional. My friend was in her school's performance of west side story. I couldn't go see it, but it was really good. I've heard good things about Spring Awakening as well. My chorus sang Purple Summer from that show.
I've tried out for the plays, but I haven't gotten in because it's so competitive. I was on stage crew for our fall play Peter Pan though. That entire set was a deathtrap. we had three concusions (one was during a show in my crew) we used real swords and Peter got hit with it and had to get stiches. That was during a practice thankfully.
Have you been involved with any plays?

Oh man, I would kill to see Avenue Q. I love the music! I'm not seeing anything soon, our town doesn't atract a lot of touring shows. Although Sweeny Todd came, but I couldn't get tickets. Have you seen the Sweeny Todd movie? I loved it, but know the play would be a thousand times better. Another favorite of mine is West Side Story. I actually got to see that one! I really want to see Spring Awakening, I've heard it's fantastic. Have you been in any plays, or do just like watching them?

Oh I'd love to see wicked I heard it was amazing! I like angel too, but after that I think it's roger. I love plays and musicals. are you seeing any soon? Avenue Q is comeing around to where I live so I'm hoping to see that. And I REALLY want to see Sweeney Todd, but I can't find where thats playing.
