I hired a butler to look after my kid...he didn't. I don'tknow why I paid him 1,200 simoleons a week he was awful, so I adopted a kid, forced them to grow up to a teenager and they were my permenant babysitter (:

Wow Babysitters are the worst- they do nothing. I had my sim bot and the horses at the horse range, and he'd always leave with the kid but the kid would get bored and go home. It was cheaper than hiring a babysitter, so whenever my simbot left the house I'd take the kid and send the kid home and he took care of himself.

At least you got your house clean though. I think the worst one though was my babu sitter that got my kids taken off me! I went out to the nightclub for a night, hired this baby sitter and my sim had anangry phonecals and her kids taken away.

Ahah not as bad as the repairmen! While I was trying to kill my simbot I needed someone to repair the computer so I repeatedly called the repairman. Or woman, whatever. She instead did her womanly duties by cleaning my entire house, making herself a quick meal but never eating it so there was some food around the house, and refuses to touch anything having to do with mechanics. So my computer is still broken. :P
I hope it can!

Those simbots are annoying. The butlers are annoying to, mine still charged me even when I'd left my husband and I wasn't working at his house...the cheek of him!

I don't remember him, But I recall in Sims 2 the creepy bunny that would show up and follow you around if you weren't happy.

Is the sims 3 pets any good? My sim is currently sleeping with the whole town :') I think most the kids are related now. Yay for sims :P

So I got the Sims 3 Pets today, and it's so great except my horses are missing half their bodies and my cats look like dog horses and my dogs look like unicorns. But regardless, I'm more amazed by the fact that my real sim (my household is in the hands of a simbot) just passed away but left behind all her eight magical gnomes of invention along with the single magical garden gnome that she stole from a neighbor.
The entertaining part of the gnomes? Every day they poof around, but every night all the invention gnomes surround the garden gnome and look like they're about to attack him. The past three nights looks like the garden gnome is winning as each night they poof around him and another invention gnome is knocked over.
