Yes, well I used to do athletics heaps (track and field AND crosscountry) except I got to old to do childrens track and field so stuck with ross country, but then I got sick...it's kind of hard to run while emaciated
Now I am trying to get back into it, and surprisingly, I can run better than I used to. Im able to run for longer, and go faster..possibly as I am a whole lot lighter (well thats what my friends and fam put it down to!) but still I am loving it, and can't wait for the cross country season to start, which should be within 1 or 2 weeks!
