I like thanking people, because when I received it it was a bit late to go bouncing round the house going "Yesssssssss!" for a few hours. So I settled for "thank you"s and smilies instead.
I notice that the title was only "Performance Committee Review" as opposed to "OMG! We're about to shout at you...!!!!" so I guessed you might not have done it.

It's been unsurprising, yet amusing, for a few people. No point thanking me, you're the one doing all the calls. We just tell you when you are (and I wasn't even involved with this one)
