Hey, no problem :] I'm really glad it helped you out a bit. I know it's kind of hard to talk to a therapist. I have been seeing one for only a couple months now, and I'm actally surprised as to how much it can help. It's such a relief to get certain things off of your shoulders, and to explore the reasons you have a lot of the emotions you're struggling with. It really seems helpful, which was why I thought that I would mention in my reply to your thread.
