Horrible mood swings. right now i'm very sad, and very energetic, and having very strong urges to hurt myself. I was in school and just as i got your message my teacher came over so I had to go offline I have just got back from CAMHS though and persuaded my mum to give me the day off hahaa so yeah, I'm here if you need me
