The slow internet does kinda suck, but it's very peaceful out here. We have 3 acres of land, and right next to us there's another 3 acres, just a field. The deer come out to eat, foxes run around, I've seen a few raccoons and possums. Hunting dogs roam free around here, too. I really love the stars, though. You just can't get that view from the city. Millions of stars, almost every night. It makes for a very romantic view when Jon visits. We like to get blankets and go lay in the field at night after the stars have all come out. Sometimes we play some music and slow dance. That's the kind of romance you can only get out here in the country.

LOL xD. Hey, I wouldn't do it, but I don't know if it's considered bad to eat, or not. Yeah, venison is pretty good. My mom never had venison before and didn't really want to try it. So, my brother invited us over for a spaghetti dinner, one night. Little did she know, it was venison..muahahahaha! That was the first time that I had ever tried it and it was gooood.

Jon is excited about the trip because it's an excuse to see my bathing suit. Big perv...
We are so southern...last year my uncle hit a deer. He put it in his truck bed, brought it home, and we made jerky. I love deer jerky, but that doesn't change the fact that we technically ate roadkill. I've seen some bear cubs out here, too. They're sooo cute.

Aw, that must suck, but not so bad if you're not used to fast internet. . Lol, I had a friend that was from New York and we would laugh when he would say "button". He would pronounce it, "bu-in". Lol. I'm not really sure where I was raised. I suppose more in the country, but more of like a regular neighborhood. Hm..yeah I don't really see you as a "southern belle", either.

I'll have to watch the video later, because we live in the deep country and our internet takes forever to load anything on youtube.
I grew up in the city, but my whole family is from North Carolina, so I've got redneck in me. It always tended to come out once in a while even when I was younger. Jon's always lived in the country. He doesn't have much of an accent, but sometimes his country voice will come out without him realizing it. Same goes for me when I spend too much time with my relatives. Jon's dad says I look like a "southern belle," but I don't see it.
