If you're still under 18 you probably couldn't get a restraining order. What you should do is call the police, or tell some other male family members who you trust.

well i have been dealing with it for a while now. i mean, i have been trying to find ways to, you know deal with it better, and i found this site. i was thinking of getting a restarining order against him, but i dont know exactly how to do that, or at least how to do it without him finding anything out before i have it all figured out.

Don't be afraid to do the right thing...calling the police would be better then having to endure the constant abuse.
