Aw thats stupid.... parents are like that (obviously) but they care about school too. They always love you more than grades or whatever, they probably just feel bad that you aren't going. I really really REALLY hope you feel better.

I thought I was better today, but I wasn't, now my mother is like "I really want you to go to school, you can stay at home, but school is more important", maybe she doesn't mean that way, but it sounded like it to be honest
