I noticed that you wrote in your "about me" that you need help with a problem. This is a good basic summary of the different resources available to users on the site. The forums are a great place to ask for help with an issue because a lot of people will see your post and you'll probably get a reply pretty quickly. The chat room is a great place to meet people and talk, but because there aren't usually too many people there, it may not be the best place to get advice.
