Well he lives in Germany and I like to worry I have a problem with that. Look he's told me he likes me and he shows it sometimes and we talked about....that subject and I told him my rules, ever since than its been good still but the last time I talked to him I guess he was busy but he hasn't been on so I'm just idk how to feel...I'm just scared because I really do like him and I hope that when he says he likes me he really is on the same page as me

Only you can answer this question. Depending on how you feel is where you will get the answer. Obviously you would be worried if he isn't interested because you like him but you wouldn't be worried if you didn't like him. So it depends on you, on whether you want to be worried or on your feelings.

ya but what I was asking is should I be worried if he's not interested usually I would've talked to him by now but I haven't talked to him this entire week

Then the next time you talk to him, talk about your worries with him.
