So I know I abused my feet a lot today with hiking/running/walking about 10 miles total (a lot for someone like me), but I didn't realize until I got home that they had split open and started to bleed in three places.

I had loads of fun at the lake. Most of my friends are girls, and of course they were all in swimsuits.

I'm glad you got to talk to Adz. How is he? Is he at least pretending to behave himself?
