TeenHelp is a site where you can give and receive advice, help, and support. There are support forums you can post in here to get help, or rely to others posts and give help: http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/
You can also use the help services on TeenHelp, one of which is LiveHelp where you can go on and talk with an operator, like a hotline. The other is HelpLINK where you can submit questions and get answers from staff.
This website is run by volunteers, and once you've made a certain amount of posts and been a member of TH for a certain amount of times you can apply for a position. If you're interested you can learn more about this here: http://www.teenhelp.org/volunteer/
