I can see you've already figured out how to use the forums, which is great news! They're one of the main features here for receiving and offering support. There are loads of other ways to get advice though, such as through HelpLINK, a one-to-one, anonymous support service which can provide detailed advice about any issues you're having. There is also a chatroom too where you can speak to other members and receive instant support, or just get to know people in a friendly way. Feel free to check those out too!
