Yeah I'm very grateful for that. your friend's parents are saints for doing that. You really don't deserve to be in a messed up household, it only causes problems in the future and I'm sure they cause problems already, am I right?

Omg yes! Everybody in my family wears glasses! Well, my dad got his eyes fixed, but still! They do give a personality, don't they?

To be honest, I love to wear my glasses! Most people hate it and wear contacts. But those creep me out. Lol
