HelpLINK I sat there like "Shit. I don't know what to say to any of these. I'M GONNA GET FIRED! " I figure that on Live Help you can find out more about what's going on by asking questions and sometimes the person just wants to talk and not get advice. That and you can generally find out whether you're actually helping or not.
Maybe I'm just biased since I've been on it over a year.

LiveHelp would scare me more at least with HelpLINK you can research a few things and think about what to say. I don't think I would change my primary position though, the redirect system would annoy me.

That sucks! You could try re-applying and see where it gets you. Good luck with it if you do get in though, HelpLINK scares the crap out of me.

Which is another reason why I don't think I could be a buddy.
I randomly checked the birthdays today and there were like 6 who were having a birthday in their 30's and were all spamming. And one of them is still there, I just don't want to be rude and point out that they missed one.

aha I should. What annoys me about that list is whenever I'm in the mood to VM newbies the list is 80% signature spammers
