and I was trying to be sociable and have a friendly conversation with my partner
1 word answers and mostly ignoring so whatever
it's ok some people are like that
but 5 minutes later she's having a friendly conversation with my 2 of my friends who she's never met for most of the class

Mainly just cross country lately, we practice a lot. The team is amazing though.
