We have blocks for the subject, so for example, english literature and sociology were in the same block, so if I'd have wanted to take both, I Couldn't. Simple answer is there was nothing of interest in block A for me. The sixth form I'm at is only on it's second year of running, so they're still limited as to what hey offer. The things I'm taking are the only things that had any interest to me tbh.

    How come you're taking 3 A-levels instead of 4?

    Spelling correction?

I thinks it's good to have subjects that stretch your mind. Thinking of things outside what you would normally is interesting, and it's hard but in a good way.

Oh that sounds pretty awesome! Good luck in all of that.

I saw that little spelling correction haha

Yea it will be difficult but we're doing human nature and morality. Occasionally i feel like my mind is blown but i get it most of the time. I was reading about Georg Hegel... he makes so little sense to me lol

I'm talking higher philosophy, history and english. Standard maths physics and german

Oooh I see. That SOUNDS like a lot of hard work! Good luck with it! What subjects is it that you're taking alongside philosophy?

I've heard philosophy is really hard. My cousin and friend take it, and they said that after a lesson they come out feeling 'heavier' due to the stuff they do in it. It's an interesting subject by the sounds of things though, and I'm glad you like it. PSychology is great. One of my favourites this year. It's a lot to remember but you can apply it to real life and I love that!

Good luck with your result then! IT will be hard but I'm sure you can do it. The good thing about doing badly at things is that you can always get better in the future. My ehad of sixth form told us that in order to succeed you need to fail first. SO even though you hated your GCSEs, you CAN do better. Just work at it.

It's the international version of A-levels, so i take 6 subjects, 3 at higher and 3 at standard. It's a lot of hard work but ohhhh well :P

I really wanted to do psychology! My school doesn't offer it so i took philosophy instead and it's really really good the sad thing is that i need to get 42/45 to study law at cambridge ... i hated my GCSE results lol

    Indeed I am.
It's not bad I guess. The work load is massive though, and it's not fun to do the essays they're setting.
I'm not finding it too bad thought, not the actual A-levels anyway.
