    Hi Kate!!
I hope you're having a super fine day.
THANK YOU for taking the time to be NICE.
    I really appreciate it.
    I'm a little nervous - I have to admit.
Being with 'the family' does have a way of pushing a lot of old buttons.
So I'll just have to keep reminding myself that I'm not 8 years old anymore!! lol
    GREAT BIG HUG
    Craig!!

That's awesome that you like country music! That just makes you even cooler. I really like 90's country, like Garth Brooks and Tim Mcgraw. I'd have to say that they're my favorites. Country music is a lot more pop these days, but I like some of it.
I hope you're having a good day! And hope to talk to you soon

    Hi Kate!!
I hope you're having a super fine day.
I'm glad to hear that you were alright. I hope that's still true.
Country music can be a lot of fun. Some of the most 'entertaining' country music are the 'Gospel Country' songs. I remember [Way back in the day] my dad had a 'Country Golden Hymns' 8-track. [That tells you how long ago that was] I loved that 8-track. I don't remember the actual names of the songs but there was one that had something to do with, 'Daddy sang base, momma sang tenor and all us kids joined in there'!! [Something like that] And there was one about asking the Lord to 'kick me through the goal posts of life!" lol I wish i still had that thing!
Do you have a favourite song? OR favourite artist. I used to listen to Patsy Cline a lot. I'm sure I still have a CD of her music around here somewhere!! lol
    GREAT BIG HUG
    Craig!!

I know what you mean about playing it too safe. I find it hard to step out of my comfort zone a lot of the time. I'm trying to get better at that though
I'm doing alright right now, just relaxing at the moment. And yes, I love to sing! My favorite music to listen to and sing to is country music, it's my favorite genre I think it's cool that you would want to make a CD one day. I know what you mean about fun songs from the 1900's...I think the 20's and 30's had some great music, personally I'm a huge music junkie
It was nice to hear from you, hopefully talk to you again soon

    Hi Kate!!
    I hope you're having a groovy day.
    What a NICE surprise!!

Thanks for taking the time to send me a 'vm'.
As for what I posted on your thread - you're very welcome!!
    I'm doing OK - I think.
I need to push my life in a new direction.
I'm often quite depressed and I think a lot of that has to do with not really taking the chances I need to take in order to live up to my potential.
I tend to play it a little TOO safe. And sometimes when you do that - you miss out on life. [If that makes any sense!]
    How are you doing?
I read in your profile that you like to sing.
What sort of songs do you like to sing best?
It's been a bit of a dream of mine to one day made a CD by recording ME SINGING a few songs that I really like.
Most of those songs would be from the Dean Martin/Frank Sinatra era - and maybe even further back than that!! There are a few 'fun songs' from the very early 1900's. And of course - they would all be copyright free!! hehe
I hope to hear from you again - soon!!
    GREAT BIG HUG
    Craig!!
