Scary stuff indeed. But it's mostly only scary THINKING about doing it. Once it's said and done - I think you'll be surprised by how scary it is NOT!! Once we 'get it out' it's a lot like letting the air out of a big balloon. But the longer we wait - the bigger that balloon gets. So it's no wonder we're scared. The 'balloon' is SO big!!
