One of my friends is quitting at the end of the summer because he's moving. He said he's just going to say everything that he's ever wanted to say to customers because they can't fire him. I told him I'm gonna make him wear one of the walkie talkies we have in the back so he can speak my mind as well.

I have no clue either. I guess it makes them feel better. lol. I have to admit, yelling at someone makes me feel better! (Until I realize it wasn't their fault, or my argument was invalid.) Haha

They're rare, but my favorites. I don't understand how people think blaming the person behind the desk will help the situation.

Yeah, I could see that not being the most fun job. I often get customers that call and want to yell at me because someone didnt answer their call or their car broke down and they feel the need to blame me. I've had to call the police on a few people for being unruly. It sucks. But some days, people are nice, full of compliments and jokes. Those, are rare... lol

So true. I work retail right now. I like it until we get stuck with a bunch of rude customers.

Its not too bad. It has its moments where I hate it, but I think any job can get like that.
