yeah it makes total sense. i know exactly what you mean because i feel the same way. i had a rly bad slip up last night cut 9 times and 2 of them are rlyyy bad. now i feel rly guilty about it. kinda wish i didnt do it.

i know what you mean. stopping is really really REALLY hard. it just has helped me so much. if that makes sense.
