Well, there's a lot you can do. If your are trying not to SH, I suggest going to the the SH forums and looking at the Alternatives thread. There are hundreds of ways to keep from SHing on that list. Another thing is to throw away the tool you use to SH. It's a big step, but an important one. Remember to only do it when your ready though. Good luck. <3
