stopped horn is when I cup my hand in such a way that the horn actually buzzes instead of the full sound I usually make.

If we need a drummer, I can ask Drew to stay after, I'm sure he would. I am doing Merceu de Concert or something like that. Its a really romantic horn piece. It even includes stopped horn, which is really interesting to play.

we can have rehearsal, but we won't get anything done without a drummer..
what're you doing for solo ensemble?

I haven't heard about the faculty meeting, but I wouldn't be surprised if she just wrote us passes in advance and had us practice during the meeting. She said that we are having it next week no matter what. Which is good for me. I haven't played my trumpet in a while. I have been busy practicing my Solo Ensemble piece.

side note, i love how we haven't had jazz band in about three weeks, i've heard next week is a faculty meeting and the week after is break. yeah, we're cool.. xD
