Yeah Detroit is poor and because of that more crime happens because people just don't care. They don't pay the full price for apartments sometimes and the government has to pay like a price floor. So since people don't pay much, the value to that place they are living in drops because they know oh the government is going to take care of us. Now since cities are poor, does not make the public schools, like high schools and such. Everybody else is in major debt for schools besides Allen Park.
but The city is so poor, we use police and stuff from other cities because we've had to cut so many jobs. And property value is going down and the city can't afford it because we are in so much debt. We gave an emergency manager I think. Sorry for the economic lesson, I'm taking economics right now and relates to all of it!
but Trenton is a nice place and so.. I mean there are some nice places in Detroit that are nice like the DSO, I've been there before and it was incredible. Then there's the DIA and so on!
