Its really asking "Why would you leave life like this?" it is a song about suicide. but thank you. I think if you look the video up its called Every 40 seconds someone asks why. Those lyrics aren't in the song, but they mean that every 40 seconds someone commits suicide. And the beautiful song part is like "your beautiful/ amazing/ or wonderful life."
