    Hi You're the one who helped me with the HelpLinkMentor thingy. Just so you remembered I waited for 7 days but I didn't get any sort of reply from Rob . Should I wait a little bit longer?

    The conformation email is for when you first register. As for your app, Rob should let you know in about 5-7 days usually

    Yay thanks so much I filled out an app yesterday! But i'm confused as to how and when the confirmation message will get to you. I saw someone's username outlined in orange, meaning that they're awaiting a confirmation email and I don't know if mine should be outlined in orange or not.....lol.

    Hey there! I think it's great that your considering becoming a HelpLinkMentor! We could definitely use your help as we often have more requests than we can handle. I love it because you can take your time and throughly read through their email and then you can carefuly chose what advice you would like to give them. There is less pressure then being a LiveHelp Operator, although it may just be me that thinks that Its pretty easy to find time to answer the 5-7 requests a week that is preferred. So I say if you want to try it, then go for it! We would enjoy having another mentor
