Ooo cool. I"m always jealous of ppl who can do point. how long have you done it for.

I really like modern and lyrical. But I also like ballet and jazz. I'm not the biggest fan of tap either haha. But I also like hip hop and different forms of ballroom. There's a swing ensomble for upperclassmen I'm going to try out for this year

Totally. Like the competitive ones are so focused on their technique and formations and what not and the school ones are so crowd pleasing.

So I'm assuming that you dance yourself (the username tipped me off lol) what kinds do you do?

lol that would have been rather amusing to see. I'm imagining their discomfort... oh dear

Yikes! Changing to a dance team seems like it was probably a good idea, then. Dance teams are definitely really cool anyway Well, dance in general is cool Though I feel like I should still say that my sister's routines at least still involve rather a lot of dancing! But I feel like competitive cheerleading routines are different than school squad's routines, anyway.

Haha. oh I know what you mean. Sometimes is seems like I just beige...not tan lol. And don't worry I always make sure I got my SPF 15 lol

Yeah...but you know ... you gotta love the quizes I went to the park the other day and my friend and I were quizing boys on their sexual personalities haha you should have seen their faces lol

Ooo. Well good job to her. Cheerleading is crazy (my cousins do it). We got rid of cheerleaders though at our school. Appearantly they dropped a girl on her head and then everyone started booing them. Oh well. That's how we ended up with dance team (which is 10x better....no offense to your sis ofcourse )

Ah! Lucky people who can tan. I go from pale to red back to pale. I have actually managed to add some somewhat noticeable color this year, though Just watch the UV rays!

Yeah, I understand what you mean. Plus I feel like there's only so many article layout passages you can read before your eyes want to read something that involves more horizontal than vertical movement

Wow, then that's really impressive! My younger sister does cheerleading, but I'm not sure if her team has gotten any bids to world recently...

Haha. wow that sounds good. I'll look it up at my library. I've been reading a lot lately (mainly magazines though) cause I'm trying to get tanned before school lol. I need something with more "content" if you will

Thanks, our team is sooooo excited. It was our goal to get the invite. We haven't gone as a team in like 4 or 5 years

The Last Days of Summer is about a boy growing up in the U.S. during World War II who copes with his father's absence by idolizing a baseball player and constantly bugging him for attention. The book is sort of about the effect the two have on each other's lives. I'm making it sound really cliche, but it's really good, and written in the form of letters and telegrams and newspaper excerpts and things like that (wait, I did already mention that...), and it's not the usual sentimental "father-son" sort of story. I think it's humor is the type that people typically affectionately call "irreverent" (but not explicit, don't worry).

That's so awesome! I hope that you have/had a great time in Florida!

haha. wow how ironic to be reading that book when it pretty much is the end of summer lol. But I love books written like that...it hooks you in better. what's it about?

And ofcourse there's Harry Potter... it's like any reader's bible lol.

haha omg I did. It was a blast. We took fifth in an all divisions routine, third in a specialty routine, 1st in our division, 9th overall, and .... WE GET TO GO TO FLORIDA yaya!!!

I love reading, too! I think I'm going to need a set of luggage just for the books I plan to take with me to college We were talking about The Last Days of Summer, which is written really interestingly, in the form of letters and telegrams and other types of correspondences, and lol actually about the Harry Potter books, too.

Hope you have/had fun at poms! And eep! Overstuffed suitcases can be encumbersome
