Yeah, I know what you mean. I miss the old Flyleaf. Well, I'm going through that phase, then.

Thanks! It's a somewhat political satire, featuring mostly prominent British (or European in general) public figures, though President Obama also has a brief appearance. The story is crazy, and absolutely hysterical. I have to play Margaret Thatcher's ghost, long story, lol. (Though she isn't represented in a good light in the play and is actually mocked, which is good because, since I'm Irish, Ms. Thatcher isn't exactly very popular in my house. )

I think I would be more okay with them getting a new singer if they hadn't changed their style so much. But, they're not even really Flyleaf anymore, if that makes sense. Ah, Skillet. I went through a phase in high school where that was seriously all I listened to.

That's so cool! I'm sure you're going to do an amazing job in your role! Can I ask what the play is about or what it's satirizing? I love satire, if it's done correctly. It's really cool that it was written by you guys. It'll be awesome for your teacher to be able to see his vision carried out exactly how he wanted it.

Hi, Sammi! Thanks for the welcome.

Ah, it seems like you have good taste yourself. I have to say I also prefer Flyleaf with Lacey, I really miss her! And indeed, my UN comes from the Skillet track, that's one of my favourite songs of theirs. I enjoy musical theatre (note European spelling ), mostly. The theatre club I'm involved with outside of school did a production of Cats last year, which I really enjoyed. I'm also in my school's drama club, and I got a lead part in this year's play! It's a satirical play, I love those as well, which our drama teacher (with the help of a few students) wrote. I'm excited! But nervous, haha.

Hey Hannah! Welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Sammi and I'm one of the buddies that works here on the site. I'm really glad you decided to join our little community! It's a great place to seek out support for whatever it is you may be going through. There are a couple of different areas where you can do this. One of these is the forums, which you seem to be finding your way around already. Another is HelpLINK, which is a ticket-based system that allows you to write in requests for our Mentors to respond to. Another (sometimes quicker) way to get advice is through our Live Help system. By using that, you can live chat with an Operator to get advice quickly. Finally, you can always utilize the Support and Advice subrooms in the Chat Room to get advice from users who might be in there.

Now that the business portion is aside, I thought I'd let you know that I checked out your About Me section a little bit. You have absolutely amazing taste in music! Do you prefer Flyleaf with Lacey or Flyleaf with the new singer? I'm definitely a Lacey fan through and through. Also, is your UN influenced by the Skillet song? It's definitely a great track. As far as theater goes, what genres do you prefer to act in? Any part you've played that you absolutely loved? Tell me all about yourself! I love getting to know new people.

If you need anything, feel free to shoot me a message! I'm really looking forward to getting to know you and seeing you around.
