I guess there is so much talk going on at the moment that until the deal is done and the player is holding the shirt then you can't believe anything you read or hear in the papers or on the TV. Your fans did make a whole load of noise considering you were all pretty outnumbered!

BY FAR THE BEST IVE EXPERIENCED... yer hudders were awesome in that respect, the sold the shirts cheap in peterborough and people go around wearing them with everything edited... it's quite funny to see :P I love the fact they had more than double our fans but we managed to make more noise... it felt kind of quiet but then I heard some of it back and it was mental! :P and the jumping looked cool when we won :P almost as cool as when everyone ran on the pitch at the home semi's against MK!

Even though you didn't enjoy having to sit and everything, I bet the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. Huddersfield played their part too, their fans made Old Trafford look amazing with all those blue and white t-shirts that they put on every seat or something like that. I heard that Mackail-Smith was linked quite heavily with Norwich a while back.

I was there! It was by far the best but most stressful match I've ever been to!!!!! Although I have to say I didn't enjoy sitting one bit... and everyone around me was sitting so I couldn't stand... + I don't have sky so I have to listen to it which is no where near as cool! I miss Mclean but its cool cuz hull are a nice team. I wish CMS would go to everton, cuz they're nice, but he'll probably end up at wigan or something...

I've supported United ever since I can remember. I even have this tiny United shirt from back when I was a kid around somewhere. My dad's dad is from Manchester so it's a family thing I suppose. Oh right, that should be good for them then considering we have some really good youth players coming through at the moment. I wasn't at the Play-Off Final, I was watching it on the TV, did you go or did you also watch it on the TV? McLean and Mackail-Smith were an incredible partnership, goals galore with those two in attack!

Yeah, Mclean is struggling a little bit at Hull and although it pains me to say it, he's probably a better player although 35 goals in a season is immense! shame he didnt get 1 more, then it would be 100 for Posh

I'm not surprised that you found them amazing! It was a pretty amazing 10 minutes or so when it went from being 0-0 to 3-0. I'm not surprised that Craig Mackail-Smith has been snapped up because his goal scoring record last season was absolutely unreal! We'll have to see how he does in the Premiership though because that's a huge jump. I'm a massive Manchester United fan.
