Hope you enjoyed the barbecue
. I know how you feel, when my mother had guests over, it is just like a restaurant, there are people talking and eating in the main room bt in the kitchen, my mum and sisters are running around half the time getting everything ready LOL.
It is uncanny to a restaurant, definitely.
I looooooooooooooooooooovvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeee being Australian, We have an amazing coastline, the beaches are definitely my favorite part of the country. Every summer, we always go down South and have a day off at North Beach in a city named Woolongong, about thee hours South from yours truly
.
We are still under the queens rule
. Everyone wants to change that, but I don't Australia would survive on it's own LOL, the politics here is depressingly bad haha. I looooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee having barbecues. I am Afghan, so my Mum and Dad have the whole setup going with the hot coals and the meat on this thing that looks exactly like a sword LOL.
My favorite is Shami, ground beef, it is kind of like a sausage. Nom nom nom nom... And the smell is amazing. I remember once my friends Tariq and Joey made this Afghan Kebab stall and they had the barbecue going. I was a little bit skeptical about whether people were going to like it, we sold out in 20 minutes. The smell is AMAZING.
