Yeah, it does feel like you're making things worse because you don't know how it feels to be in that position (to be depressed and stuff like that). But the big thing is to acknowledge how they feel and how bad this is for them. The worst thing you can say is "it's not that bad" when you're talking to someone like that.

For me, I have done Women's Health and Child Behavior and let me tell you something, those are not the kinds of questions I usually get. I find myself a litte bit lost so I don't know if what I'm saying even helps these people.
I usually tend to stick with the same topics. Training and Exercise, a bit of Relationships and Dating (especially breakups) and Depression (so long as they are not too triggering.) Those are my strong points, definitely.
