Well, it was always around me. My first cigarette was when I was 10 years old and have 1 every few months at that age then became resistant to it at 14 when some of my friends started and then at 15 I decided to buy a packet and hope that lasted me for a long time but it didn't and addiction grew stronger. Ahhh, I'm not great at sport generally, hence I tend not to like it.

Lol! Well, I've done dozens of sports, then I quit last year at the same time I started smoking and other things. I've never heard of it but I'm going to search it up now. Thanks!

Hey there, and a very warm welcome to the TeenHelp community!

It's fantastic to have you here. I'm Adam, a Live Help Operator (among other things) here on the site. That means that I help out in running the one-on-one Live Help system here, which is one of many ways to obtain support here on TeenHelp.

I see that you've been posting a little (and I particularly noticed your Goal of the Day post, which I'd love to be able to help you with regarding "learn more about this forum. (I'm new :3)"), which is fantastic. I can also see that you've begun to fill out your Profile's "About Me" section - this is a good way to let people know who you are, as is utilising our Arrivals and Departures forum, something which you might wish to consider. Something else which is great fun and will help you make new friends is the TeenHelp Chat Room - that's somewhere else you might like to visit.

Since you expressed an interest in finding out about TeenHelp, I'll point you too towards the Frequently Asked Questions section of our site. It details the basics of the site. The easiest way to learn all about TeenHelp, though, is to dive right in - which it seems you're doing, which is fantastic. The community makes TeenHelp what it is, so don't be scared to reach out to anyone and talk. The Chat Room is great for this, and so is Visitor Messaging - that's how I'm writing this message to you now. We don't bite (mostly ), so please do ask any questions you may have. I can probably answer most of the questions you might have about how the site runs, and our wonderful team of Buddies should be able to lend you a hand too.
